Material Handlers are needed at Flex Steel’s Baytown, Texas facility for night shift positions. This company is a leader in flexible pipe technology and values safety, quality, and innovation. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment handling materials and supporting production operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS or ERP software)
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions
• Pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and medical examinations may be required
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a forward-thinking manufacturing environment is preferred
