General Laborer
Move forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring General Laborers in Baytown, Texas. As a General Laborer, you will:
- General labor tasks including sorting, measuring, scanning and picking orders
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
- Move and set up machinery as directed by Lead or Supervisor
- Be able to follow all Visual Operating Procedures required for your assigned task.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
This is a full-time opportunity.
Schedule:
1st shift: 8am to 5:30pm or 4:30am to 2pm 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 12am
The ideal candidate will have:
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Must speak, read and write English
- Good mathematical skills
- Must have 3 years of verifiable work experience. General Labor preferred.
- Background check and drug test is required
- Steel Toe Shoes are required
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
