RYThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and safety. This role works closely with production, quality, and design teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence in the manufacturing environment

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing produt s
• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement (using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology s)
• Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOP s)
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issu es
• Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products (DFM/DF

• Support implementation of new equipment, tools, and automation syst e ms
• Develop and manage time studies, capacity analysis, and line balance ing
• Ensure processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements ts
• Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising product integrity or compli ance
• Train production staff in new processes and improve men ts

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing envir onment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement t ools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical sk ill s.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abili ties.
• Requires frequent hands‑on interaction with equipment and opera tors. Mix of office and shop f loor.
• May involve occasional travel to suppliers or other company s ites.
• Requires use of PPE and adherence to safety proto.
