CNC Machinist Level 1
2.1 Review router for instructions to complete task assigned.
2.2 Check machine inserts for wear and tear.
2.3 Perform daily routine maintenance on machine including check of oil and coolant levels.
2.4 Change jaw setting, rack setting, and tooling as needed.
2.5 Make necessary offsets and tool changes during production to maintain dimensional accuracy.
2.6 Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standards.
2.7 Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges or other precision measuring tools.
2.8 Produce a quantity of quality parts per shift as determined by management to meet customer delivery date.
2.9 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.

High School or better.
1-3 years:
Experience with full length tubing/casing
1-3 years: CNC machining experience
