Training

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 11:00AM–7:30PM, with occasional Saturday shifts. Regular Schedule (After Training):
Monday–Friday, 2:00PM–10:30PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.

• Oversee all scopes of the basic production process.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, following prescribed safety regulations.
• Contact supervisor on any complex problems with the production process.
• Understand and enforce the production policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring the team follows them.
• Ensure the quality of work performed, identify and document quality problems, and prevent non‑conforming products.
• Assist supervisor in overseeing colleague performance and scheduling, if required.
• Assist in training colleagues on the line, if required.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and five or more years of relevant experience.

• Ability to read, understand, and maintain records as required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Thorough understanding of the production process.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Willingness and aptitude to teach, coach, and develop others.

Annual pay range: $24.09 – $41.01. Starting wages for new hires range from $24.09 to $25.00. Compensation may vary by market data, role knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The starting rate applies to all applicants and does not indicate future increases. Short‑term incentive eligibility may apply.
