Training Schedule
:
Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, occasional Saturday shifts.

Regular Schedule (After Training):
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, occasional Saturday shifts.

• Self‑monitor and manage the scope of the basic production process.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly state and follow safety regulations.
• Inform supervisor of any complex problems.
• Understand and enforce production policies, procedures.
• Document quality problems and implement prevention measures.
• Assist supervisor with performance and scheduling.
• Assist with colleague training on the line.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least five years of relevant experience.

• Record‑keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• In‑depth understanding of the production process.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness and ability to coach and develop others.

The pay range is $24.09 to $41.01 per hour annually. Starting rates typically fall between $24.09 and $25.00. Offers may vary based on market data, experience, and geographic location.
