Registered Nurse; RN

United Energy Workers Healthcare is a compassionate company dedicated to exceptional care for energy workers. We are seeking Registered Nurses to work as 1099 Independent Contractors, providing in‑home nursing care to patients in their homes. • Conduct thorough assessments and provide personalized, comprehensive care.
• Guide and educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living, always with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedules directly with patients, aligning with their care plans and preferences.
• Monitor and promptly report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Communicate seamlessly with case managers, physicians, and specialists for a unified approach to care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in our EMR system.
• Offer emotional support and become a trusted presence for patients and families.

• Prepare and provide clear, compassionate clinical notes and charting that convey the patient's story.

• Valid and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Required malpractice insurance.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and empathetic communication skills.

Pay Range: USD $36.00 – USD $39.00 per hour.
