This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Chef located in Baytown, TX. The Executive Chef will manage kitchen operations, develop and execute menus that meet dietary and quality standards, and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation requirements. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, overseeing inventory and food costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the culinary team.

The Executive Chef will also focus on creating exceptional dining experiences that align with the organization’s mission of elevating patient and caregiver satisfaction.

• Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
• Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision and scheduling
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and regulatory compliance
• Understanding of budget management, inventory control, and cost optimization
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Culinary certification or degree, and prior experience in healthcare or institutional food service is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and provide a consistently high-quality dining experience
