Description
We are currently looking for the right Retail Store Manager to join our Team! $14.70 to $24.50 per hour
. In addition to the hourly rate, Retail Store Managers can earn a very lucrative monthly bonus, contributing to a major portion of a total yearly income.

- VACATION:
Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active, full-time service. Eligible employees receive an additional week after completing one year of active employment and two weeks on each anniversary date thereafter (if applicable, adjusted per state/local requirements). 120 hours after five years. - SICK/PERSONAL:
Eligible employees are granted 8 hours after six months of employment to be used before the first anniversary and 16 hours each anniversary thereafter (years 2‑5) (adjusted per state/local requirements). 24 hours after five years. - Employee discounts are available to all employees on the first day of active employment.

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a PLUS). A Store Manager will be accountable for day‑to‑day operations, promoting a positive and productive environment, leading, coaching, and developing employees, recruiting and retaining top talent, maximizing financial goals, and managing customer relations and satisfaction.
The Store Manager will analyze financial statements to ensure goals are met and adjust as necessary, commit to the company’s asset protection program through inventory control, follow policies and procedures, and secure customer loans. They will use internal and external marketing tools to promote the business and acquire new customers. All employees work with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations.
This position offers a competitive wage plus a bonus based on store performance. Pay will vary by location, qualifications, and experience. The role reports to the district manager.
Responsibilities of a Store Manager- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing issues.
- Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, ensuring procedures are followed to protect assets.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer processes and procedures within the store, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, systems, and reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal‑setting.
- Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and integrity of all loans issued.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self‑development.
- Communicate clearly with employees to ensure understanding of the store’s mission and profit objectives.
- Remain up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
