Position: Charlotte Tilbury Brand Expert (Part Time)

Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Brand Expert Makeup Artist team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service skills. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of "artistry made easy" and help build an amazing beauty business.

Sales experience in beauty and retail is essential.

The Brand Expert role involves promoting and creating makeup magic in store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand values and customer base. Your goal is to achieve sales targets by providing an outstanding experience and exemplary service, exuding passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, and delivering her philosophy of "artistry made easy" along with a personalized shopping experience.

Main

Duties include:

  • Sales:
    • Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
    • Create brand awareness through product knowledge sharing and demonstrations.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
  • Customer Service:
    • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Work:
    • Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.
    • Foster open communication, professionalism, and creativity.
  • Operations:
    • Ensure the counter is "customer ready" at all times.
    • Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers.
    • Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment.
    • Support visual merchandising and new launch displays.
    • Help execute events.
    • Communicate with the Brand field team regarding counter needs.
    • Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submit timesheets accurately.
