Pay

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.00 - $24.00. The full pay range is $22.00 - $37.40. Pay is based on factors such as labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.

The Closing Team Leader ensures smooth closing operations, maintains a guest‑first culture, drives sales, and coaches team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating inclusivity and service culture
• Modeling, training, and coaching performance standards
• Understanding sales growth impact on store profitability
• Leading closing routines and coaching team members in all areas
• Problem solving and prioritizing across business areas
• Communicating with store leadership to influence sales performance
• Supporting store operations, ensuring departments are in stock and labeled
• Using business planning tools to share priorities and updates
• Evaluating candidates for open positions and onboarding new hires
• Handling safety, compliance, and incident response responsibilities
• Engaging guests to provide a welcoming experience
• Supporting merchandise protection and security processes
• Assisting with guest services such as order pick up, Drive‑Up, and returns
• Performing other duties as required by business needs

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to use handheld scanners and other technology
• Capacity to manage workload independently and in a team
• Positive, welcoming attitude toward guests and team members
• Excellent communication and composure in fast‑paced environments

Additional:

• Access all store areas and handle customer service duties
• Operate cash registers and handle cash accurately
• Climb ladders and lift merchandise up to 44 lbs
• Work with varying temperatures and humidity levels
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift
