Position Summary
Full‑time Retail Sales Associate in pawn store locations nationwide. The role combines customer service on both the lending and retail sides, handling sales, loans, and general merchandise transactions.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers, building rapport to recommend financial solutions.
- Perform non‑management open/close procedures and keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
- Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Handle cash and negotiable items following established procedures.
- Answer incoming calls following company standards.
- Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Collaborate with coworkers and managers to create a positive customer experience.
- Complete assigned training and other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling.
- Must be willing to work outside the store as needed (e.g., in parking lots, exterior storage).
- Minimum age 18 years.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to work with customers and be team‑oriented.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in basic math calculations.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
- Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.

Employment InformationThe company requires all employees to sign a binding arbitration agreement for dispute resolution. Pay rates will not be below local minimum wage requirements. The First Cash 401(k) program is available to employees 21 years of age or older.
