Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker)

Base rate $11.00/hr to $15.00/hr, with bonus potential and benefits.

Start in our 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50/hr raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue with the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1/hour. Advance to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) and eventually Store Manager in Training, which includes a 12‑week program.

• Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and loan processing.
• Provide friendly, courteous service both in person and by phone.
• Process sales, loans, extensions and perform opening/closing duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitasking ability.
• Pass required criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
