• Enable club readiness and support leaders and associates through the new club launch.

• Serve as the go-to resource for club processes, systems, and onboarding.

• Champion digital tools and training adoption across the club.

• Own launch task execution, readiness tracking, and issue resolution.

• Support onboarding, training, and development of the new club team.

• Collaborating across teams to drive launch readiness.
• Using data to track progress and flag risks.
• Modeling company values and the Open Door Policy.

• Build high-performing teams and embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences.
