In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our wholesale clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate parts inventory support. Your excellent communication skills and technical expertise will be critical in fostering strong relationships with our customers and driving sales growth.

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting wholesale clients with parts inquiries, orders, and technical support.
• Process orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our parts inventory, including specifications and compatibility.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to coordinate parts deliveries and manage special requests.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
• Utilize inventory management and point-of-sale software to track and process orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in parts sales, customer service, or a related field, ideally in a wholesale environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
