Sales BDC Support Rep

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers and support the dealership’s sales operations.

• Respond to phone and internet leads promptly following Ken Garff follow‑up processes.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving concerns.
• Schedule appointments with customers for vehicle viewings and test drives.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of new and used inventory.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Congenial and cooperative work ethic with a focus on precision and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to deal creatively, logically, and empathetically with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to provide references upon request.
