This position is based at 4633 Borsan Rd, Baytown, TX 77523‑0000 and involves operating on the 1st Shift (7:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.). The role supports Walmart’s Asset Protection System in a Distribution Center / Full‑Contact facility.

• Supports facility security staff and monitors access control equipment.
• Accesses organizational resources to address business‑specific health and safety hazards; conducts daily building and food‑safety audits and reports.
• Owns delivery of project tasks and supports process changes; resolves simple business issues.
• Gathers and interprets data in a digital environment, creates reports and recommends automation solutions.
• Supports training facilitators, collects participant feedback and maintains training repositories.
• Communicates clearly with stakeholders, presents findings, and utilizes data to recommend actions.
• Participates in and leads process improvement initiatives and root‑cause analysis.
• Implements environmental policies, responds to regulatory inquiries and promotes environmental objectives.
• Clarifies operational functions, interdependencies and standard operating procedures within the department.
• Collaborates with leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Walmart associate or 1 year of work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention, asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and One Drive.
• Experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention, asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field (preferred).

Hourly wage range: $21.05 – $24.55; premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
