Pipefitter ForemanThis position is located in Pasadena, TX. The role requires experience in crew supervision, scheduling, equipment oversight, and ensuring safety compliance.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise crews installing, maintaining, and repairing high‑pressure piping systems, ensuring strict adherence to safety (OSHA) and quality standards
- Manage daily work schedules, performing field take‑offs, coordinating material resources, inspecting welds/systems, and overseeing hydro‑testing
- Train personnel, manage costs, and report to superintendents
- Manage a crew of pipe fitters, assigning tasks, training personnel, and resolving technical issues
- Assign workers to specific duties
- Inspect completed processing systems to determine conformance to specifications

- Knowledge of the plant and area to provide expectations to crews working on assets
- Good communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
5+ years of previous supervisory experience as an NCCER Pipefitter Foreman in pipe fitting and in industrial construction - NCCER Piping General Foreman Certification required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Valid TWIC card required
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
- Meet physical demands as listed above
