best culture in all aspects of the business - Comply with all manufacturer’s specifications
- Work closely with assigned Mentor as per SSW Program
- Follow all Brock, Contractor’s, and governmental safety requirements
- Perform work in accordance with Contractor Specifications
- Follow the applicable Brock, Contractor, and governmental safety requirements
- Take direction from supervisor to learn the proper tools and equipment to use for specified tasks
- Complete safety paperwork such as FLRA’s, Sharp Cards, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Meet Brock’s Fit For Duty Program
- Ability to meet and maintain customer requirements for site access
- Work in an indoor and outdoor environment including field, yard, shop locations, and office
- Necessary Personal Protective Equipment is required
- Travel as required
- Working at heights
- Lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in all types of environments, extreme heat or cold
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Must have transportation to and from the work location
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- High School or equivalent

Orientation & Safety- Orientation - Must be able to successfully pass Brock and/or Safety Council Site Specific Orientation requirements
- Heavy Work - Lifting up to 50 pounds from floor to waist and 35 pounds from waist to above shoulder
- Climbing - Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, to elevations in excess of 100 feet with three-point contact
- Ladders - Using vertical ladders frequently up to 100 feet; activity exists up to 60% of the work shift
- Stairs & Ramps - Occasionally up to 100 feet; activity exists up to 40% of the work shift
- Balancing - Maintaining body equilibrium on elevated surfaces with fall protection; frequent activity up to 60% of the work shift
- Stooping - Frequent bending at the waist; activity up to 60% of the work shift
- Kneeling - Occasionally up to 40% of the work shift
- Crouching - Frequent up to 60% of the work shift
- Reaching - Frequently up to 60% of the work shift, handling materials up to 50 pounds ground level and 35 pounds overhead
- Gripping - Frequent handling of materials up to 50 pounds
- Vision - 20/40 vision with or without correction in at least one eye
- Hearing - Ability to hear a forced whisper in one ear at five feet with or without a hearing aid
- Weather Exposure - Outside conditions;
-10 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit; frequent exposure - Protective Equipment - Ability to properly use required PPE for the job
- Insulation Tools - Use insulation tools commonly associated with the work
