Provide leadership, instruction, and guidance to scaffold crew; assist Foreman and function as journeyman;
Assemble scaffold structures including handrails, braces, planks, toe boards, and wheels per specifications;
Inspect blueprints/specifications to determine dimensions and ensure base surfaces are clear;
Move, load, and unload materials; measure and cut materials as required;
Ensure compliance with safety and project rules; perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
