A well-established mechanical contractor in Houston is hiring a BAS Controls Technician with experience in building automation and direct digital control (DDC) systems.
4+ years of commercial HVAC experience; DDC controls experience strongly preferred
Valid driver's license with clean MVR to operate a company vehicle
Overview: Repair and troubleshoot building automation and DDC systems across commercial facilities. Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
- Honeywell
- Johnson Controls Metasys
- Siemens
- Allerton
- Trane Tracer
- Carrier Comfort Link
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience; DDC controls experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR to operate a company vehicle
- Universal refrigerant recovery certification required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $70,000–$110,000+
