Lead, direct, and coordinate daily activities of insulation crews on assigned projects;
Read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, specifications, insulation schedules, and work packages;
Install, remove, repair, and maintain thermal and acoustic insulation systems on piping, vessels, tanks, exchangers, boilers, and related equipment;
Train, mentor, and assist insulators in proper installation techniques, safety practices, and quality requirements;
Participate in pre-job planning, toolbox meetings, and safety discussions
