Maintenance Mechanic

Position Summary

• Make repairs and complete preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of daily work with asset management software
• Assist in training of new employees and seeing that CWA policies and procedures are adhered to

• Pumps
• Motors
• Air compressors
• Wells and well pumps
• Vibration readings

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience
• Must be able to work with other crafts when needed
• Basic computer skills required

• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be able to pass a physical exam
• May be required to perform strenuous work over long periods of time and lift objects up to 100 pounds. Must be physically fit and capable of working in inclement weather.

• Hourly rate: based on experience
• Overtime:
  Paid at 1.5x the base hourly rate
