Erect scaffolding for buildings and other structures, installing ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways;
Inspect base surface for obstructions and plan scaffold layout from blueprints or specs;
Load, transport, and unload materials and tools; measure and cut materials as needed;
Perform maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment; ensure safety and compliance with project rules;
Lead and guide craft workers in the crew, coordinating with Foreman and ensuring work is performed to specifications
