Spherion - Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Live Dock Operations: primary point of contact for external carriers, unloading 53-foot trailers with speed and surgical precision.;
Active Picking & Replenishment: drop pallets from high-bay racking into active pick slots.;
The Morning Audit: conduct 'first-look' quality checks on incoming freight and report damage or shortages before they enter the system.;
Safety Coordination: navigate a busy warehouse floor with high pedestrian traffic while maintaining strict 'right-of-way' protocols.;
Maintain seamless flow of materials from inbound logistics to outbound fulfillment.
