Fleet Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Baytown, TX, 77523. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring that our vehicles are maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance.

Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to optimize performance and safety.

Monitor vehicle performance and conduct regular inspections to ensure all vehicles are in top condition.

Coordinate with vendors for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts procurement.

Manage fleet budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding fleet operations.

Train and supervise fleet staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Analyze fleet data and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve operations.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
