Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Dispatcher with a starting pay rate of $18-19 per hour, depending on experience and equipment knowledge. This is a direct-hire role, so you'll be part of our team from the start! And the benefits don't end there.

• Monitor daily emails
• Schedule appointments
• Keeping up with daily log and daily schedule
• Following up with carriers on late or missed pick-ups.
• Schedule inbound loads and outbound loads.
• Document and report scheduling issues by account.
• Monitor and report accuracy on ISO conformances pertaining to receiving/shipping activities. Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong data entry skills; accuracy

• At least 2-3 years of Shipping/Receiving experience
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems, Synapse a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Bilingual
  - Spanish - with ability to speak and write English preferred.

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
