Pay: $18.50/hour |
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire |
Shift: Day – 40 hours only

LSI Staffing is now hiring experienced Stand‑Up Reach Forklift Operators in Baytown, TX. This is a great temp‑to‑hire opportunity with competitive pay for skilled operators with a background in furniture order pulling.

• Operate stand‑up reach forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise
• Pull furniture orders accurately based on pick tickets or RF scanners
• Load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct items are picked
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

• 3 to 5 years of recent experience operating a stand‑up reach forklift
• Prior experience pulling furniture orders is strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Must pass a forklift evaluation and background check
