Grocery Warehouse Associate / Unloader 2nd Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/Loaders to join our team in Baytown, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload and hand‑stack frozen meat products from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets and into trucks. This is not a travel team opportunity, so applicants must live locally.
We offer daily pay, which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck.

Position Type: Part‑Time (with opportunity for increased hours as workflow expands)

• Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as
  -20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Grocery experience is a plus
• This is a physically intensive position best suited for individuals who are dependable, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in cold storage conditions.

• Load/Unload Frozen meat onto pallets
• Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery
• May need to operate warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks, to move products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Responsibilities may change at any time

Shift: Monday‑Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm (or until work is finished each day)

Pay:
Performance‑based pay, with the average associate earning $22/hour, but never less than $18/hour. Daily texts from Humano provide earnings tracking for transparency.
