Grocery Warehouse Associate​/Unloader 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/Loaders in Baytown, TX. The primary responsibility is to safely unload and hand‑stack frozen meat products from the freezer section onto pallets and into trucks. Must be local; not a travel team opportunity.

Part‑time with potential for increased hours as workflow expands. Shift: Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (or until work is finished each day).

• Must work in a freezer environment w/ temperatures as low as –20 °F (freezer gear provided).
• Can lift and carry up to 65 lb.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Grocery experience is a plus.
• Physically intensive; dependable, safety‑focused, comfortable in cold storage.

• Load/unload frozen meat onto pallets.
• Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Responsibilities may change at any time.

• Performance‑based pay; average earning $22 / hr, never less than $18 / hr.
• Daily pay available with daily text earnings tracking (Humano).
