Reach Truck / Equipment Operator

The Reach Truck / Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment to move, store, and retrieve materials within the distribution facility. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and stage orders for shipping according to work orders and inventory requirements.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts when required.
• Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Previous reach truck or forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
