Title: Warehouse Associate Lead
Location: Baytown, TX
Shift: 2nd shift – 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Employment: Direct hire, full benefits.

• Lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.
• Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to move, gather or distribute.
• Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information such as labels.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Arrange product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.

• Lead a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation.
• Motivate and direct team efforts while informing the department supervisor of problems or potential issues requiring immediate attention.

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

USD $23.00 per hour (anticipated starting salary range). Final salary will be determined by market conditions and other factors.
