We're hiring an experienced Shipping Associate to join a growing warehouse team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with shipping or warehouse experience who wants a stable, full-time position with the opportunity to grow into a Shipping Team Lead role.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately
- Verify shipments and maintain shipping records
- Assist with inventory and warehouse organization
- Safely operate shipping equipment
- Work with the team to meet daily shipping goals
- Support leadership responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous shipping or warehouse experience required
- Strong work ethic and leadership potential
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse setting
