TITLE
Warehouse Clerk
POSITION SUMMARYThe Warehouse Clerk Position is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and maintaining inventory and warehouse stock.

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Rotate and work in various warehouse jobs such as intermountain, will call, returns, and freight handling
- Identify and correct clerical errors or incorrect labeling prior to shipment
- Inspect outbound shipments for damage, clean, and label them appropriately
- Pallet, secure, and wrap automotive parts for shipment
- Load and unload freight and product cores using equipment or manually
- Locate and identify stock numbers that match shipping B.O.L.s
- Maintain monthly and quarterly cycle counts, report discrepancies to management
- Recognize potential problems and take corrective action to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction
- Assist walk‑in customers, vendors, and delivery drivers with loading and order preparation
- Report discrepancies in orders, damaged products, and other issues to the manager
- Maintain professionalism and courteous manner with team members and customers
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
- Perform any other tasks assigned
- Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver’s license
- Professional appearance and strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Proficiency with Inventory Control Software, Connected Business, Microsoft Office, and internet usage
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
The position requires standing, walking, using hands for lifting or handling, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and loud noise.
WORK ENVIRONMENTEmployees may be exposed to high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, and electrical shock risks. The noise level can be loud.
