Warehouse Shipping and Receiving

MSI is seeking a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving team member to support our Distribution & Logistics operations within the Warehouse & Manufacturing department. In this on-site role, you will receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship MSI's industry-leading gaming and creation hardware. You'll operate forklifts and RF scanners, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure timely, error-free order fulfillment. Working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, follow strict safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement and process innovation as MSI pushes the boundaries of technology and performance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare MSI products for outbound shipments
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory through system transactions and cycle counts
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and carrier scheduling for orders
• Follow OSHA and MSI safety standards, maintaining a clean work area
• Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines
• Report discrepancies, damages, and inventory issues promptly
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
