Art of Recovery Services NFP is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in a hybrid role blending nursing, care coordination, and case management. Most care is delivered in client homes and community settings to help individuals stay stable and out of crisis.
You will conduct assessments, educate on medications, coordinate with psychiatry and primary care, and participate in treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team.
