DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as well as have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personal customer service that meets sales and customer service targets.
- Perform cash reconciliation at start and end of day and maintain accurate cash handling records.
- Open and close the store in accordance with rota based timings and store protocols.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Desirable previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $1,763.00 to $29.38. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
