Manager, Workplace & Facilities

Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 annually (variable incentive program available).

Eaton’s Corporate Division is seeking a Manager, Workplace Experience & Facilities to oversee daily operations at the Eaton Center in Beachwood, OH. The role focuses on delivering a modern, engaging workplace that supports employee productivity, wellbeing, and collaboration.

• Workplace Experience & Engagement: Lead delivery of a best‑in‑class hospitality‑driven experience across all services and amenities. Develop and monitor employee experience metrics, satisfaction, and utilization trends to drive continuous improvement. Partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders to align workplace initiatives with culture, wellbeing, and productivity goals.

• Vendor Leadership & Service Delivery: Lead and manage onsite service providers including property management, dining, fitness, health center, and managed print. Establish SLAs and KPIs, hold vendors accountable, and drive continuous improvement through governance and performance reviews.

• Project Management & Workplace Enhancements: Identify, prioritize, approve, and execute facility‑related projects. Lead space reconfigurations, workplace enhancements, events, and capital projects, ensuring alignment with safety, brand, technology, and financial objectives.

• Financial Management & Analysis: Develop and execute the annual operating budget and 5‑year capital plan. Monitor performance, conduct variance analysis, adjust forecasts, and develop financial models to support capital investment decisions.

• Workplace Design, Space Planning & Utilization: Own workplace design standards and ensure consistency with modern, flexible environments. Lead space planning, including moves, adds, changes, restacks, and long‑range planning. Track occupancy and utilization metrics for strategic planning.

• Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Identify and mitigate EHS risks, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and deliver training to promote a strong safety culture.

• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary contact for facility operations and workplace experience. Communicate proactively with leadership, translating data into actionable insights, and build relationships to align priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace experience, hospitality, corporate real estate, or related operations.
• Only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered; active‑Duty military service members are exempt.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.

• Vendor negotiation skills to drive value, cost efficiency, and accountability.
• Strong data‑driven business case development and presentation skills.
• Up to 10% travel required.
