Bella Baby Photography is looking to hire talented photographers who are passionate about their craft, eager to learn new skills, and ready to embrace their entrepreneurial side. Our photographers produce exceptionally beautiful photographs and are among the most talented in the industry.

As a photographer for Bella Baby, you will be responsible for photographing families and their newborns in hospitals. Your work will be edited and presented to clients on the same day. In addition to photography, this role is a sales position; photographers are paid on commission. Hours can fluctuate week to week based on birth volume.

Hospitals can be fast‑paced and present challenges. The ability to multitask and stay focused is vital. Bella Baby provides training in our process, hospital photography techniques, HIPAA, hand washing, and other safety practices. We also offer ongoing professional development to help photographers grow into role models and mentors.

• Photograph families and newborns in hospitals.
• Edit and present photographs to clients on the day of shooting.
• Meet with clients and explain the product.
• Participate in sales training and apply sales skills during appointments.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in a fluctuating schedule.

• Entry‑level to mid‑level photography experience; comfortable shooting in manual mode.
• Desktop photo‑editing skills with Lightroom or Photoshop.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Available 9‑5 on weekdays and weekends; some weekends required.
• Availability on various holidays throughout the year.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capability for moderate physical activity, including carrying camera equipment, walking, and bending frequently.
