We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy salon, you will be the first point of contact for our guests—greeting clients, booking appointments, answering phone calls, and ensuring a seamless visit. The ideal candidate brings a cheerful disposition, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to multitask smoothly in a lively atmosphere.
Please note: This position is Saturdays only, requiring an 8 hour shift each week.
Responsibilities- Greet guests as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their service
- One or more years of receptionist experience (required)
- Previous experience in a salon is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
