, is seeking a FUN, ENERGETIC, CREATIVE, and SILLY Toddler Teacher to inspire, nurture, and grow alongside our curious toddlers.

What You'll DoCreate engaging, hands-on learning experiences for toddlers.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Follow our play-based curriculum and educational philosophy.
Observe and assess children's growth and developmental progress.
Partner with families through positive communication and collaboration.
Help maintain a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to excellence in early childhood education.

Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, CDA, or CPL Level 2 in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Current or willing to obtain ODJFS-required certifications:
First Aid
CPR
Child Abuse Recognition
Communicable Disease Prevention
Commitment to ongoing professional development, including Step Up To Quality training requirements.
Ability to meet all ODJFS, Step Up To Quality, USDA CACFP, Healthy Ohio, and Teaching Strategies Gold requirements.
