As our Preschool Lead Teacher, you'll help transform everyday moments into extraordinary learning experiences.

Lead a classroom of curious and enthusiastic preschoolers

Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration and creativity

Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans

Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

Observe, assess, and document children's progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD

Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment

Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers and fellow educators

We're looking for someone who brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to the classroom:

Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, CDA, or CPL in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Experience working with preschool-aged children

Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices

Current or willingness to obtain:

• CPR Certification
• First Aid
• Child Abuse Recognition & Prevention
• Communicable Disease Training

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A positive attitude, creative spirit, and love for working with children

Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development
