As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you'll help create a warm, safe, and loving environment where our youngest learners can thrive.

Nurture infants through responsive caregiving and meaningful interactions

Support engaging activities that encourage exploration and development

Celebrate and document important milestones and growth

Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families

Work closely with the Lead Teacher as part of a supportive classroom team

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment

Create lots of smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments every day

You may be a great fit if you have:

Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, CDA, or CPL Level 3 in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Knowledge of infant development and best practices in early learning

Current certifications or willingness to obtain:

• CPR
• First Aid
• Child Abuse Recognition & Prevention
• Communicable Disease Training

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A positive attitude and a love for working with infants

A desire to grow professionally through ongoing training and development
