Full Time – Beachwood, OH, US

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually

As a Junior Civil Engineer at IFS, you'll get the chance to:

• Assist with site evaluations, schematic designs and design documentation for a range of land development projects.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to perform design tasks related to site layouts, grading, stormwater systems and utilities.
• Work closely with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members on both private‑sector and federal projects.
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and contribute to proposal preparation.
• Attend site visits for field evaluations and assist with project coordination.
• Support designs related to roadways, utilities, grading, erosion control and stormwater management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0-2 years of professional experience in civil site design or land development
• Proficient in AutoCAD (experience with Civil 3D strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities
• Self‑motivated, organized and detail‑oriented

• EIT or FE certification

• Competitive salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• 9/80 flexible work schedule after 60 days (every other Friday off)
