The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What You’ll Do

Join Eaton as a Senior Analyst on the Controllership – Global Payables team, based in Beachwood, OH. In this key role, you’ll support global payables processes across Oracle and SAP systems, contributing to the successful execution of strategic projects. As a core member of the project team, you’ll help drive annual implementation goals, ensuring efficiency and consistency in Eaton’s global payables operations..



Job Responsibilities

• Work with various functions across Eaton to implement Global Payables projects to ensure timely execution based on approved project plans.
• Serve as a Global Payables SME and provide inputs as an expert in Global Payables processes to support project work.
• Conduct Global Payables trainings and provide ongoing support.
• Complete and/or coordinate upgrade testing for various Global Payables applications.
• Document and share best practices and lessons learned related to Global Payables projects.
• Develop process knowledge as it relates to Global Payables applications.
• Support change management activities within project implementations.
• Forecasts and reports time spent working on projects to support Global Payables budget.

Qualifications

Required (Basic)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years accounting or finance experience
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Accounting Systems Experience.
