JobPurpose
This position is client-focused and responsible for providing exceptional service to our business clients using business banking and treasury management products. Will serve as primary contact for client inquiries, system troubleshooting, and service support, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional resolution of requests. Must be solutions-oriented, detail-driven, and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Job Duties- Provide professional phone and email support to business clients and internal partners.
- Assist clients with treasury services such as ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit capture, and online banking platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical or access issues by asking diagnostic questions and identifying solutions.
- Explain products, services, fees, and policies clearly and accurately.
- Process service requests including transfers, payments, account maintenance, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or self-service tools that benefit clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance and security procedures.
- Participate in coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Will perform special projects as assigned.
Job Skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service, call center, or client support preferred.
- Minimum of one or more years’ banking experience preferred.
- Experience supporting business banking or treasury products.
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Team player.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
