Associate Financial Advisor

Compensation:

A highly respected, high-net-worth wealth management firm in Beachwood, Ohio is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor / Financial Planner to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is a true go-getter with strong client-facing experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work closely alongside a lead advisor on high-level wealth management strategies.

• Work directly with high-net-worth clients to deliver exceptional service and planning support
• Assist the lead advisor with complex financial planning and investment cases
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and communication
• Participate in financial plan preparation, investment reviews, and strategy implementation
• Coordinate with internal team members and outside professionals including CPAs and attorneys
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and deepen relationships
• Support ongoing business growth initiatives and contribute to the firm’s collaborative culture

• 5+ years of experience working directly with clients in the wealth management industry
• Active FINRA licenses required:
  Series 7 and Series 66
• OR Series 7, 63, and 65
• Strong understanding of financial planning, investments, and high-net-worth client service
• Highly motivated, organized, and proactive mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
