ABA Therapy Center Director

Advanced Behavioral Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA therapy company serving children and families across Ohio and New Jersey. We’re hiring a Center Director to lead daily operations at our largest center in Beachwood, OH
. This is not a clinical leadership role; our clinical team handles treatment and you will own the operations that make high-quality care possible.

• Full daily operations of a 40+ client center
• Staffing coverage, scheduling, and facility management
• Parent communication and issue resolution
• KPI performance (attendance, cancellations, utilization)
• Compliance, safety, and vendor oversight
• Team leadership, hiring support, coaching, and accountability

• The center runs smoothly; even when you’re not there
• Staff are engaged, accountable, and clear on expectations
• Parents feel heard and supported
• KPIs trend in the right direction
• Clinical staff can focus on clinical work because operations are handled

• 3+ years managing operations in healthcare, therapy, childcare, or a multi-staff service environment
• Experience leading 15+ employees with direct performance accountability
• Strong scheduling and KPI-driven operations experience
• Confident communicator who addresses challenges head-on
• Tech-savvy (EHRs, scheduling systems, reporting tools)
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• Must be on-site daily in Beachwood, OH
