Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function locations, and clear dishes;
Break down banquet rooms, bus tables, remove dirty linen and centerpieces, and tidy storerooms;
Clean and sanitize tables and counters, monitor safety issues, and maintain cleanliness of back hall;
Assist with event room setup according to meal period and table needs
