Full-time Housekeeper

Beechmont Country Club, located in Beachwood, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Housekeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $16.00 per hour depending on experience

Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a sense of urgency with duties and tasks, and maintain exceptional cleaning standards. There are opportunities for growth.

Schedule:

Must be available on both weekdays and weekends - shifts generally run from early morning to mid-afternoon or from morning to late afternoon

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains exceptional levels of customer service and cleanliness
• Performs all facets of facility cleaning, including by not limited to vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sweeping, fabric care, restroom care and supply stocking

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience preferred
• Attention to detail with an enthusiastic and friendly personality
• Ability to drive a utility cart – training provided
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Physical Demands:

• Regularly stands and walks; climbs or balances
• Regularly uses hands; reaches with arms and hands
• Frequently talks or hears
• Regularly lifts up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 40 pounds

Environment/Noise:

• Noise level is moderate
• Physical work environment is predominantly indoors and occasionally outdoors
